SEISMIC ASSESSMENTS AND STRENGTHENING

Many local Councils’ and Banks require a Seismic Assessment to be completed on existing commercial structures.

A seismic assessment will determine the seismic capacity of an existing building compared to the current New Building Standard (NBS); this being expressed as a percentage; %NBS.

TMC’s team complete these assessments in an efficient and timely manner. TMC can take care of Initial Seismic Assessments (ISA) through to the Detailed Seismic Assessments (DSA) and the detailed design of any structural strengthening, if required.
