As a preliminary to your project, undertaking a site investigation and assessment is critically important, enabling the determination of the ground conditions at your site and thereafter progressing your design from concept to construction.

Fundamental to the site investigation fieldworks is the desk study, reviewing any identifiable geological hazards, etc. affecting the property. This process enables TMC to provide a targeted investigation scope for your specific site and provide you with best value right from the start.

Lastly, the geotechnical report presents the results of the Geotechnical Investigation, describes the existing conditions, details any identifiable geological hazards affecting the site and provides Geotechnical and Foundation recommendations for the Designer.
